Lifestyle Fitness Institute is a Christian-based educational facility that provides all of the resources and expertise to balance one’s life around the four pillars of Faith, Self, Family and Life’s Work. We teach the Next Step System to help you learn the practical knowledge, skills and abilities to achieve the optimal lifestyle around the four pillars. The Next Step System facilitates building fitness in each of the 4 pillars and includes, “Food Choice Management,” which is an individual approach and practical method of optimal nutrient intake from the healthiest, most nutrient-rich foods. The Lifestyle Fitness Institute is a galvanizing force for total lifestyle change and health improvement.

 A Life-Changing Program for Healthy Minds & Bodies

Our comprehensive program is about making positive changes in your LIFE that’s all part of a customized plan created just for you. Imagine a healthy body and mind that actually work together to bring you a more happy and fullfilling life. In our program, you’ll learn how your food choices affect your body, your mood and overall health. We’ll also talk about real life issues such as stress, fears, anxiety, loss, family, meditation and prayer. A faith-filled system for intentional living, Next Step facilitates building Lifestyle Fitness in the four key components or pillars in one’s life – Faith, Self, Family and Life’s Work. We understand that being healthy is about striving for excellence in all areas of your lifestyle.

From taking action in your faith, taking action for your self, including eating a whole-food, plant-predominant eating pattern, regular physical activity and exercise, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances, to taking action in your family and building positive social connectivity with others around you, to taking action in your Life’s Work so you are in joy each day, expressing your self to the fullest in your work.

One of the most powerful steps you can take to improve your overall health, boost your energy, and prevent chronic diseases is to change to a Whole-Food, Plant-Based, Nutrient-Rich diet. Our “Food Choice Management” program is an individual approach and practical method of moving you into eating nutrient-dense foods for optimal health. The scientific evidence is clear: A Whole-Food, Plant-Predominant eating pattern is a powerful way to lose weight, reverse and prevent chronic disease, live better and more vibrantly, strengthen your immune system and slow the aging process.
We offer one-on-one, small group and class instruction for you to change and manage your food choices.

Regular, consistent physical activity and exercise that can be maintained on a daily basis throughout life – walking, hiking, running, resistance training, rebounding, gardening – are essential to your lifestyle. The scientifically proven benefits of physical activity and exercise remain indisputable, and they can be as powerful as any pharmaceutical intervention in preventing and controlling a range of chronic diseases and medical conditions. Exercise is Medicine! 
We offer one-on-one, small group and class exercise instruction for you to build this essential piece of your lifestyle.

Stress can lead to improved health and productivity – or it can lead to anxiety, depression, obesity, immune system dysfunction and more. Helping you understand and recognize negative stress responses, identify positive coping mechanisms and stress reduction techniques will lead to improved health and well-being. Our Lifestyle Fitness Retreat is the ideal getaway for you to relax, manage your stress and rejuvenate.

Hello! I’m Adam Hamilton, M.S.Ed., ACSM-EP, and I’m happy you’re here. I love the science of Lifestyle Change. Lifestyle Change is actually the foundation of conventional medicine. We know that 85 percent of chronic disease today is caused by unhealthy lifestyle choices.

I have been a Health & Fitness Practitioner for nearly 20 years, and I have seen incredible transformations from simply making lifestyle changes. Here at Lifestyle Fitness Institute, we strongly emphasize diet and exercise, but we know it takes more than that.

Our Next Step System all facilitates building fitness along with personal and spritual growth based around the 4 pillars of Faith, Self, Family & Life’s Work.
